Indulto is an interactive piece in three acts that twists the codes of video games and boss fights. By pushing these mechanics into absurdity, it exposes the illusion of choice and the spectacle of ritualized violence. The title recalls the rare grace of sparing a bull in the arena; a mercy never true, since the sacrifice is always predetermined. A meditation on spectacle and control, Indulto interrogates how violence is aestheticized and how freedom dissolves once every path has already been scripted.
